Paul entrusted the development of a new design for their bakery to Sylvie Blanchet’s and Thierry d’Istria’s agency. Executed by G2V under the direction of Panétude, this site in the heart of Paris had to be completed with extreme care. Investing in a heritage site while protecting traces of the past required special skills and abilities guided by a certain wisdom.
